1.High Impact Resistant	Impact strength of PVC plate is less than or equal to 15KJ/m2, GMT pallet is greater than or equal to 30KJ/m2,
2.Good Rigidity	GMT plate elastic modulus 2.0-4.0GPa, PVC sheets elastic modulus 2.0-2.9GPa.
3.Waterproof	Water absorption rate <0.5%
4.Wear-resisting	Surface hardness shore: 76D. 100 minutes vibration with materials and pressure. Brick machine screw off, pallet is notdestructed,surface wear is about 0.5mm.
5.Anti-high And Low Temperature	GMT pallet is able to withstand high temperature of 60-90ºC, won't easily deform, and suitable for steam curing, but PVC plate is easy to deform at high temperature of 60 degree.
6.Long Service Life	Theoretically, it can be used more than 7 years.
7.Light weight	The density of our GMT block pallet for concrete block is 1.2g/cm3 better than PVC block pallet(1.75g/cm3-1.8g/cm3)So the weightof our GMT pallet lighter than PVC pallet.
