M7MI Manual Interlocking Brick Making Machine can produce many kinds of interlocking bricks just by changing the mould,and the machine adopts hydraulic moulding technology to assure the block machine have stable and high-efficiency status and the blocks are better quality,larger density and higher strength.
M7MI Clay Brick Machine Moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Precise line cutting technology and 900ºC carburizing heat treatment technology are adopted to make sure the mould size error can be controlled within 0.002mm.
Whole machine includes a diesel engine, hydraulic cylinder, compression chamber, soil mixer and other small parts. All fitted on a mobile frame with car tyres, easy to move to anywhere convenient.Minimum daily capacity 1920 pieces of brick, all bricks can lock together, when building, only the first few courses and the top 1-2 courses need mortar. The rest of the building is locked together, saving time, labor and money. When mixed with a 8~10% cement, whole block will be stronger.We have both diesel engine and electric motor for your choice.
