300TONS AUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING MACHINE

1. Function
Automatic compressed soil earth interlocking brick block machine can produce various interlocking bricks by changing moulds.

2. Large capacity
Making 10 bricks at one time, and shaping cycle only 15~18 seconds, so the daily capacity as high as 15360 pieces.

3. Advanced technology
Hydraulic pressure technology is adopted by this machine, the pressure can be as high as 300T, so the blocks produced are of good quality, large density and high strength.

4. High quality mould
All mould use precise wire cutting and carburizing heat treatment to prolong its service life.The machine frame is made of special thick steel and using special welding techniques. The whole machine is strong and durable.

5. Technology upgrade:
We added the Air cubing system. It's has two upgrade function:
1. pick up the brick instead of pushing the brick, and avoid break the brick.
2. Blow away the burr on the brick surface to make the brick surface smoother.
3.Add automatic stacker making whole production line more efficiency.

300T high pressure machine cylinder

Diameter of cylinder is 500mm,pressure around 300T,make sure kinds of material used for customer can produce enough strong and best density interlocking bricks. Mould lifting two cylinder is 63mm,control mould up and down smoothly by hydraulic pressure.
Moud lifting down cylinder is 100mm, big pressure for block demoulding.

 

Ectromagnetic valves

Solenoid valve will use YUKEN brand which is the biggest electromagnetic valve manufacturer in Japan to assure brick making machine run stably.

 

Customized mould

Customized mould according to customer's required types and sizes, change mould can produce different  types of interlocking blocks.
 
Mould plate thickness is 30mm,mould with carburizing treatment,with stable working status and long service life.
Material feeding box guide rail use 55mm guide post ,working more stable and wear-resistance.
